I FIND it quite fascinating that people between 40 and 74 years old are to be offered a free health check.
The lower limit seems reasonable but what about those over 74 years old?
Are we considered to be settled and at no risk, or are we written off as too old to bother with?
Surely, the older one is the more likely one is to have serious health problems? I do not consider this cut-off point to be acceptable.
