I AM not surprised to read about the corruption charges brought against members of the FIFA executive when I look at the individuals charged.
Each one of them come from countries of the South American continent where bribery and corruption is a way of life. If you don't comply, you go down.
I would like to know if there are any representatives from the Western world in the governing body of FIFA and if so, where are they?
