YOU have got to wonder about the mentality of some parents and whether they have half a brain cell between them.
I am referring to the tragic case of seven-year-old Carwyn Scott-Howel who plunged to his death down a cliff after becoming separated from his family during a skiing holiday.
What was he doing in that environment in the first place?
