THE main topics of conversation in England today are not the usual banter "What's the score?", "How did you do on the pools?" or Who won the 3.30 at Sedgefield?" etc., they are the country's problems concerning immigration, the NHS, shortage of doctors and nurses, late train services, natural catastrophes, ineffective politicians failing to control our borders and the increase in crime due to the influx of foreign migrants. There are a seemingly endless list of unhappy situations with very little joy to brighten the day.

The general mood in Britain today is one of depression.

Our situation is now reaching dangerous levels, affecting our daily lives in every aspect, particularly our overburdened infrastructure and way of life, some areas alarmingly a lot worse off than others.

The simple answer to this ongoing mayhem, before we have very serious repercussions, involving riots, bloodshed, anarchy and social upheaval, would be to vacate the European Union now, not next month or in 2017.

Brussels is intent on creating a single federal super state.

Should the influx of European migrants continue British workers will eventually be driven on to the scrap heap.

Pro-Europeans, endlessly indulge in scaremongering about Britain's bleak future outside of the EU. This is absolute nonsense. We want our country back with its own parliament, English laws, English currency and English civilisation. We can still be a very prosperous self-contained country, trading around the world, in fact our standing and affluence would rapidly gather momentum.

The British electorate should consider very carefully before casting their votes this May.
