A recent study by the Centre for Citiesfound that for every 12 jobs created in London and the South-East only one is created in the rest of the UK.

This highlights a fatal imbalance in the British economy.

London sucks jobs, investment and business out of the rest of the UK.

Part of the reason for this is we have a London-centric government based in London.

As this set up subsidises the South-East, while costing all taxpayers a fortune, and as the Westminster parliament needs up to £2bn of repairs isn't it high time to fix this damaging situation?
