ROLLS ROYCE: Arriva Sapphire is the Rolls Royce of buses in Darlington
I SYMPATHISE with the letter about bus services written by Andy Bramfitt (HAS, Jan 10), but if he thinks they have it bad he should try our service, the 14A to Harrowgate Farm.
Although the fare is a bit cheaper at £1.30, it is the buses that come into question here and he is riding around in a Rolls Royce compared to the relics we have to put up with on a daily basis.
Added to which our service stops at 6pm and there is no service at all on a Sunday.
There are a few other factors I could mention but I think I have embarrassed Arriva enough.
