FOLLOWING the article about the cost to local police forces from putting the wrong kind of fuel into their vehicles (Echo, Dec 4), there is a company in Darlington which manufactures a piece of equipment called Fuel Angel.
This equipment prevents this mistake from happening.
Someone I know fitted one for his grandson who says it is very good, and I know that the company exports them all over the world, including to Germany, Australia and US where it supplies Hertz Rental Cars.
