I FAIL to see why Durham Tees Valley Airport cannot revive the much-loved Teesside air show.
Just look at all the all the people who attend the Sunderland Air show and how fast the ticket sold for the Lancaster bomber flypast on August 28.
Unlike some people I feel the road links to Durham Tees Valley Airport are very good.
I always used to go to the air shows in the past and believe me the roads then were very poor.
We have a great airport but, unfortunately, it seems to be going nowhere.
Even with a small charge I think an air show would attract more than 50,000 people - more than enough to could cover the cost.
