DAVID INCH is trying to locate any documentation relating to the 19th Century claim on the Earldom of Perth by Thomas Drummond of Biddick, County Durham.

At some point Robert Henry Allan of Blackwell Grange, among others in the legal profession, appears to have acted on his behalf. Mr Inch would like to find his or his familys papers.

He said there may also be a banking link between the Allan family and Thomas Drummonds fund raising.
