SHEENA SCOTT is researching her family tree and would like to find out information about her father.
He was James Stirling, born in Glasgow in 1900. He was an engineering draughtsman and worked in Darlington during the 1930s, believed to be in the railway industry. One of his close friends who he worked with was Archie Ormston.
He died in 1946 when Ms Scott was just six.
