WENSLEYDALE Young Farmers’ Club held its annual ball and presentation evening at Tennants Garden Rooms, Leyburn.

Two hundred guests, including visitors from Reeth, Masham and Thirsk YFCs attended along with supporters of the Young Farmers.

Following the meal George Sledge, club president, gave a presentation. The many awards and trophies were then handed out and the evening finished with a disco.

Secretary Dan Dent said: "Special thanks to Margaret Iveson, Bob Dixon and George Sledge. Also to Sophie and Hazel Oliver along with Ann Gamble for their help in setting up the event. It was a fantastic venue."
