OSPREY has announced the fourth year of its September-long Handbag Amnesty at McArthurGlen York Designer Outlet, raising money for local charity St Leonard’s Hospice, York.
The luxury leather company, renowned for its bags and accessories, invites customers to bring in any brand of unwanted handbag – new or gently used – in return for 20 per cent off a new Osprey London handbag. Donated bags will be sold by the hospice and funds used to continue providing free, palliative care to the community, as well as invaluable support to families, friends and carers.
Graeme Ellisdon, managing director at Osprey, says: “It’s a great way to recycle and get a bag you love while supporting a worthwhile cause.”
