Staff here at The Northern Echo would like to say a big thank you to Charlie, the shih tzu, from Teesville, Middlesbrough.
Charlie featured in the paper recently after getting his hair dyed in support of England's World Cup campaign.
Despite England's failure, Charlie was so pleased with his 15 minutes of fame, he's sent us a thank you card and a box of Continental biscuits. Cheers Charlie!
