IF prisoners can claim compensation for the way they are treated in prison, maybe their victims can, in turn, sue them for the way they were treated by these villains.
Particularly so as we are informed that the authorities now confiscate the rewards of crime - and breaking the law and then being paid compensation seems to me rewards of crime.
Maybe it would be easier if we just sent prisoners to CenterParcs to serve their sentence, but no doubt they would sue for falling off a bike.
