LOOK, we all love a good moan and it’s nice to know our country of so-called non-complainers has actually logged 38 million of them against UK corporations last year.
This new three-part series follows some of the country’s most persistent and stubborn complainers, with the first instalment coming from the complaints department of Transport for London.
Does it do any good? We’ll also hear from a bus driver who is sent on a course known as the “naughty boys club”.
