And the hits just keep on comin'!

Weeks ago, I filled in an online form on Delta Airlines site, which is where you are now directed if you try to get on Northwest Airlines site (Try to follow along here as this gets very confusing and even I am confused at this point).

Anyhow, I filled in said form and duly clicked the button which assured me, my little complaint would "go to Customer Service and I would hear back shortly".

After hearing nothing all this time, this morning, I got back an email saying my complaint that I FILLED IN OFF THE SITE, was thought to be either SPAM OR A FORGERY and had not reached it's destination.

SAY WHAT and might I also interject a WTF????

OK, so now I'm really mad. An email to KLM went unanswered also and I'm a Silver Elite customer with almost 70,000 air miles in my account.

I demand satisfaction like Mick Jagger! (if I was Mick Jagger I wouldn't be having these problems) I once again, got on the site and filled the same form in and sent it by clicking their little button thingy.

I also sent an email to Northwest Airlines by guessing at an email address which, much to my surprise, got me a reply saying it had been received.

For all the good THAT will do me.

Ah, and I see Virgin Media has once again kicked me offline right in the middle of my rapid and rabid typing. Don't get me started on them, I'm too mad at the appalling lack of Customer Service available these days by the airlines. Absolutely no one cares about anything anymore.

So in order to ward off complaints, it appears the links on the Delta site just don't work and nothing gets through. What a system!

This has been the day from Hades so far. Good thing I dreamt that Robert Plant and I were having dinner last night and enjoying a rewarding conversation over a glass of wine. That's the only thing keeping me sane at this moment in time. Shall I tell you about Virgin Media today?

No, I'll save that for yet another rant. Thank you for listening and may your dreams be as interesting as mine!
