I HAVE read with some interest that the replacement for Darlington Borough Council’s chief executive is from Stockton. Surely we need a person who lives in Darlington who knows the town centre?
The shops, the parks, the bars, the restaurants, the problems and meeting local people, instead of this chap who has probably only seen the road into Darlington and the road out.
