HEAR ALL SIDES: Letters to the Editor
I WAS surprised by the letter from Mike Taylor (HAS, Oct 9) in which he describes almost running over a cat and wonders why it was running free.
Surely most people realise that cats are allowed out in order to urinate and defecate in someone else’s garden.
