NEWS that British holidaymakers may be banned from all-inclusive hotels because of the number of compensation claims being made about food poisoning is sad.

I can understand why, but it is not the answer to the problem.

Last year, I spent half my holiday in bed through what appeared to be a problem with the food.

Others also felt bad, but at no time did I believe that a claim was the answer. These things happen, and now future holidays are threatened by the claim culture.

Hotels must challenge these claims and weed out the bogus ones. Eventually we will all be able to enjoy our holidays again.
