social and fun afternoon, providing light activity for the fit and not so fit. It is used prodominantly by over 50's wishing to make new friends and to keep in touch with old friends. All equipment is provided, you will only need a pair of flat heeled shoes. £2.50 per session to include tea and biscuits.
