Do you enjoy dance and exercise? Then join in one or both of our weekly classes, which offer a variety of music in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere to suit women of all ages and abilities. Low impact exercise, dance and movement to music, which promotes fitness, and develops coordination and posture. Puts a spring in your step. Fitness, fun and friendship. KFA Dance Moves (with Veronica and Catherine), Thursdays 7.30pm – 9pm, St Thomas’s Church Hall, North Road, Darlington DL1 2PU.
