CAMERAS follow each season in the lives of wildlife in the Yorkshire Dales and on the North York Moors National Parks, beginning with spring.
Life is starting to return to the region at a time when the local animals must find food, as well as a mate and raise a family. Because the breeding season is short, they must act fast.
While Adders, Britain's only venomous snake, battle to secure a partner, grebe birds opt for a mating dance instead. The sight of endangered red squirrels having to forage ten hours a day for food is also a touching sight.
