Tickets on sale from July 1 for Hartlepool's We Are Family
MUSIC festival We Are Family returns to Hartlepool Marina on September, 10, to celebrate and showcase some of the year's finest North-East talent. Following the sell-out success of last year’s event, which brought more than 5,000 music lovers to the town, the event's second year aims to offer an even more impressive line-up.
Based at the disused Jackson Landing venue, last year £6 tickets allowed the audience to see 15 artists such as Smooth & Turrell, Alabama 3, Hyde and Beast and Frankie & The Heartstrings. This year's line-up will be announced in the coming weeks with tickets on sale from Friday, July 1.
Teesside collective band The Jar Family will once again be curating the event. Band member Max Bianco says: “We're very excited to be bringing back We Are Family to Hartlepool his year. The response to last year's event was incredible – the whole area got behind us and turned out in their thousands to celebrate bands from the North-East. We can't thank the locals enough for the support they have shown us and we've got another amazing line-up for them this year.”
