A WEEK of tension and high drama begins in Coronation Street (ITV) with Tracy informing Liz of her affair with Tony and their plans to oust the McDonalds from the Rovers.

Liz is devastated, and Carla tells Tracy not to turn up at Michelle and Steve's wedding, which is just about to take place. But Tracy has something else in mind – and it involves stealing the keys to Carla's flat so she can plan an elaborate revenge on those she feels have wronged her. Later, a fire sweeps through the Victoria Court flats – will it claim anybody's life, and if so, whose?

Meanwhile, Jenny plans to leave Weatherfield to start a new life in Hull with Jack, until Maddie discovers what she's up to and raises the alarm. Kevin then faces a race against time to rescue his little boy. Elsewhere, Kal asks Leanne to marry him and Bethany thinks she is being watched.

Kush and Shabnam have some good news in EastEnders (BBC1), but Masood doesn't feel like looking to his daughter's future until he's found out more about her past – such as what exactly happened to her baby.

It turns out Fatima could have the answer, as she explains that the child was fostered rather than adopted. So, as Shabnam gets ready to have Kush's mum Carmel (played by Bonnie Langford) over for lunch, Masood is considering making contact with his grandchild.

Vincent convinces Kim to be his alibi after the police question him about the disappearance of the drug dealer, but she starts to have second thoughts when Donna informs her that her husband carried out the job for Ronnie.

As Kim tries to find out whether she has a love rival, Ronnie is becoming increasingly jealous of Roxy's closeness to Charlie and Matthew, leading to a row. Are the sisters' increasingly tangled relationships about to be exposed? Meanwhile, Phil has his own reasons for wanting to get rid of Vincent. Elsewhere, Stacey invites Martin to move in, unaware he's planning on being more than just her flatmate.

Paddy becomes the latest Emmerdale (ITV) resident to work out that Vanessa is pregnant, so Kirin decides it's time to break the news to Rakesh before he hears it from someone else.

The lawyer is horrified at the thought of his son becoming a teen dad, but he's not the only one feeling uneasy, as Adam admits to Moira that there's a chance he could be the father.

Determined to find out one way or another, Vanessa organises a private DNA test, but it turns out to be a lot more public than she was expecting when Kirin arrives home early to find a nurse in the living room, and Adam hiding upstairs.
