Teen cyclist seriously hurt in hit-and-run
A TEENAGE cyclist was left with serious head injuries in a hit-and-run crash.
The 18-year-old Billingham man was knocked off his bike while crossing Marsh House Avenue, near the junction with The Linkway, Billingham, near Stockton, at around 7pm last night
He was taken to the University Hospital of North Tees, where is condition is described as stable.
Police believe the motorist was driving a small hatchback car, possibly silver in colour.
