CRAFTY residents in a Darlington village are to show their artistic side at a church exhibition this weekend.
Wood carvers, painters, potters and model aeroplane enthusiasts are taking part in the display of local handiwork at All Saints' Church, in Hurworth.
"The show has work by collaborative craftspeople and hobbyists," said Reverend Michelle Ferguson.
"We have some amateur artists but a few people who work by commission and have done work all over the country.
"The wood carvings in particular are very impressive.
"There will be refreshments on the day, entry is free, and we have some fantastic work on display."
The exhibition is open from 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Monday, and after the service on Sunday until 4pm.
