DIGITAL marketing agency, Digitia, has announced a rebrand and plans to double staff numbers this year.
The Seaham, County Durham-based company, which launched in 2011 relaunches this week as management consultancy IX7.
The firm has plans to open an office in Manchester in May, and has started a recruitment drive for a number of positions, including a graphic designer, web developer, account executive and lead business consultant.
Lisa Bean, managing director, said: “Each year, we have tripled in size in terms of revenue, project size and team size, working with our clients, growing as they grow. Looking to 2015, we’re on track to increase seven-fold and we needed a brand that better reflected our size, ability and cross-sector presence.
“The move to a business management consultancy focused on business growth has been a natural progression for us, based on demands from our existing clients, and based on our progressive offering which seeks to ensure our clients grow sustainably from within. Digital marketing can only do so much and we want to help businesses effect change at every level of business.”
