A DATA and information management firm has created new jobs as it continues to expand.
Switch-Growth, in Redcar, has moved into the education sector.
The shift comes as a reaction to the growing focus on schools to drive up standards through data analysis.
The company says the information helps teachers to better develop students’ potential.
Bosses say demand for its services has also allowed them to recruit four workers.
Rita Learman has joined as information manager, with Allison Redshaw as education consultant, Sarah Placzek as systems assistant and George Truman taking a role in IT development.
Jean Bell, director, added: “We are all really excited by our move into education.
“It has enabled us to take on enthusiastic members of staff and we have ambitious but realistic aspirations for the coming year.”
Switch-Growth has worked with a range of organisations, including Teesside University Business School.
