MANAGEMENT issues and legal pitfalls will be highlighted in a series of free seminars.
Tilly Bailey and Irvine Solicitors and Mayberry Consultancy is holding its first event on employee sickness absence.
Theresa Carling, employment law specialist with Tilly Bailey and Irvine, said: “The aim is to give employers the opportunity to get it right first time.
“If the right steps are taken, then absence through sickness can be quite easily managed.
“The seminar will give employers practical tips which will help them reduce absence through sickness, and ultimately assist them in getting employees back to work.”
The seminar takes place on Thursday, March 21 at Tilly Bailey and Irvine Solicitors, in Wynyard Park, near Billingham, from 8.30am.
