A NORTH-EAST telecoms company has been rewarded for the standards of its services.
Powerdial Services, based in Hawthorn, near Seaham, County Durham, has been appointed an expert business partner by global communications provider Avaya, and praised for its excellent customer service.
The company has operated in the communications market for more than 20 years and works with clients including the Ministry of Justice, the Legal Services Commission and East Durham Business Service.
It has also provided IT services in the private sector for North-East Premier League teams Sunderland and Newcastle United, and works with clients in Europe, the Middle-East and Africa.
