A FIRM has received a specialist quality accreditation from the Law Society.
Hunton and Garget, in Richmond, North Yorkshire, achieved the award under the Law Society’s wills and inheritance quality scheme.
Bosses say the company is the first law firm within 25 miles of its area to gain the honour.
The accreditation provides a best quality mark for wills, probate and estate administration advice, showing firms meet the highest standards of technical expertise and client service.
Stephen Garget, managing partner, said: “We are delighted to have our expertise recognised like this.
“To be the first in the area to receive it is also testament to our client commitment.”
Last year, the firm revealed plans to form an LLP to meet rising demand, carry out more conveyancing work and develop its family and personal injury division.
The changes included Mr Garget and Lisa Potts becoming partners.
The company has also recruited Sophie Ealand to its team and is looking to take on another solicitor.
