THE region’s key commercial property event is being held in Newcastle next month.
The Tyne and Wear Commercial Property Show will take place at St James’ Park, in Newcastle, on Tuesday, April 27, from 10am to 4pm.
The free event is the biggest commercial property show in the North-East, and provides an opportunity for businesses and investors to find out more about the region’s rich and varied property portfolio.
The show gives access to the latest opportunities as well as to professional advice and business support.
Inward investment agency Tyne and Wear Development Company is organising the event, which is sponsored by Tyne and Wear’s five local authorities – Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside and Sunderland – as well as UK Land Estates.
