CARAVAN and motorhome firm Discover Leisure has invested £300,000 to double the size of one of its stores.
The company, which owns the Barrons dealership in Darlington, has expanded its site to 8,500sq ft, and the service area has been integrated into the sales area.
The store, at Burtee Gate, is one of the main ones in Discover Leisure’s 16-strong UK portfolio, and the company is confident it will continue to succeed on the back of the investment.
Store manager Dale Watts said: “This is an important investment in our site making Darlington one of Discover’s flagship stores in the UK.
“The enlarged sales area has been welcomed by customers who find it a lot easier to find their way around the store.”
