A NORTH Yorkshire learning and coaching company is expanding into the Middle- East.
Primeast, which works with companies through change management, developing leaders and supporting teams, has teamed up with Dubai-based Bizability as a business partner in the Gulf region.
The move follows the completion of a project with Oman Telecom, for which Harrogate-based Primeast delivered an analysis of business practices to 70 senior managers before setting in place a series of improvement programmes.
The initiatives have been developed in conjunction with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and will enable companies across the Middle- East to access best practice in consulting from local experts.
Russell Evans, director of Primeast, said: "The Middle-East is acknowledged as a strong economic region, in which many heavyweight international firms are establishing strategic bases. Building on our existing reputation in the region, this expansion will allow us to offer an unrivalled service to businesses.
"Our expertise in adding value to petrochemical and industrial clients across international operations is of particular importance to our expansion across countries such as Egypt and the Gulf states where these industries comprise multi-billion dollar operations."
