A HIGH street travel agent has opened a commercial travel branch as it aims to target new clients across Teesside.
The move to open a branch of Corporate Travel Services, Dawson & Sanderson’s commercial travel arm, in Stockton has led to three additional staff and an apprentice being taken on.
Headquartered in Whitley Bay, Corporate Travel Services has provided business travel management services for more than 30 years to some of the region’s largest employers and universities.
The new recruits being the company’s workforce to 17.
Judith Maloy, director of Corporate Travel Services, said: “Having a base in Stockton has helped us to attract some fantastic new staff who are vastly experienced in dealing with businesses from the diverse industries represented in Teesside, particularly those in the oil and gas, energy and chemicals sector.”
