A TECH firm aims to grow after a £500,000 deal.
Activ Technology, in Newcastle, hopes to expand further into Cumbria and the North-West and take on 16 staff after support from FW Capital.
The business provides telecoms and technology support to small and medium-sized businesses, and was helped by Newcastle law firm Muckle and adviser UNW to secure the funding.
Ian Gillespie, Activ managing director, said: “It will play a key role in our future growth plans.”
Michael Vassallo, FW Capital senior investment partner, added: “Activ is an exciting business, which matches our funding ambitions.”
