A TRAINING company with internationally recognised quality standards is now helping other firms achieve the same success.
C&A Safety Solutions provides vocational work-based courses for the North-East's engineering and manufacturing sector.
After gaining three ISO accreditations in just six months, it started advising companies through the process.
Set up as a spin-off from engineering company C&A Pumps to deliver health and safety and management courses for North-East firms such Camerons Brewery, it has now recruitment specialist Adept achieve quality management honours.
Alan Roberts, C&A Safety Solutions' managing director, said: “Unfortunately, a lot of companies try to complete the ISO accreditation themselves and get a bit tied up in knots.
“But after being through the process ourselves, we knew exactly what is required and how every business is different.
“I am delighted for Adept because it is the first business that I've ever heard of to achieve ISO accreditation with zero non-compliances.”
Adept, also based in Hartlepool, was award a perfect score in its quality management ISO accreditation assessment.
Kelly Adamson, managing director, added: “We knew we were good enough, but we didn’t know where to begin, and C&A guided us in a very professional manner.”
