AN elderly man who was hit by a bus in Gravesend has died in hospital.
The 87-year-old man was walking along Rochester Road just before midday on Thursday, November 22, when he was hit by a bus.
The pensioner was rushed to Darent Valley Hospital but was pronounced dead at 3.30pm that afternoon. At the time of going to press, the man's name had not been released.
Rochester Road was closed from Milton Road to the Lion roundabout but re-opened at 1pm.
