Grateful thanks to Doctors of Toft Hill Surgery, all the District Nurses, all Staff on Ward 33 at Darlington Mem-orial Hospital especially Kay and her team, also Julie (Nurse). Special thanks to The MARA Unit at Bishop Auckland General Hospital, also Dr Wadd for their care and Gibson's Funeral Serv-ices for guidance and attention at this sad time.
