CHAMBERS Gerald Lee, Mark, Carole, Amy and Zac would like to thank all the friends and colleagues who sent messages and cards of sympathy and said such kind words about Gerald and also the many, like wise, who attended the funeral. It was greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Macmillan and District Nurses, Herriot Hospice and Marie Curie Nurses without whose help and care Gerald would not have been able to stay at home where he so wanted to be with his family. Thanks too to Michael the Vicar who conducted such a lovely Service and to the Undertakers, Barthram and Son, for their kindness and understanding. Sincerely, The Family.
