SURTEES David, Jonathan and Mark would like to thank all relatives and friends for the kindness and sympathy shown to them following the recent sad loss of a loving wife, mother and grandmother, Elizabeth. Special thanks to the Doctors and staff of Ward 38, Freeman Hospital for their care and compassion during Elizabeth's time there, also to Aldersons Funeral Services and the Rev. Carl Peters.
