WILLIAMS David The family of the late David (Dave) Williams wish to say a huge thank you to all friends and relatives for their support and kindness during this sad time. Special thanks to Dr Scott and Pease Way Surgery and to the district nurses who attended Dave when he needed them. To the Specialist Parkinson Nurses Zenita and Sue and to Dr Osei Bonsu and Dr Archibald for their care and support over the last 9 years. Many thanks to Gill from Coop Funeral Services and staff at chapel of rest for their kindness and understanding. Huge thanks to Carole Briggs for delivering service and eulogy in such a beautiful way, it was much appreciated. Also a huge thanks to Bill Slater and family for the lovely buffet and the staff at the Big Club. We raised £225.23 for Parkinson Disease so thank you for all donations. Dave has left a huge hole in our lives but will live on in our memories.
