WILLIAMS Elaine and the family of the late Brian wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and ex work colleagues for their kindness and sympathy and for all the cards, flowers, letters of condolence and donations towards Macmillan Nurses. Thanks also to Dr Carr and Charlotte Porteous from Bishopgate Medical Centre, Rev Chris Atkinson, Kevan and Gibson's Funeral Services, Maggie Bailey from the Mesothelioma Society and very special thanks to the district nursing service and Nicola Stephenson from Macmillan Nurses for the valued support they gave to Brian and Elaine during his brief illness.
