SMITH (Durham) The family of the late Gordon Smith wish to express their sincere thanks to family and friends for the support, kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement and for the numerous cards, flowers and generous donations received for Macmillan Cancer Care and St. Cuthbert's Hospice. Special thanks to doctors at Chastleton surgery, Macmillan Nurses, Specialist Nurses and all in attendance at St. Cuthbert's Hospice for care and support given. Grateful thanks to Reverend Robert Lawrance for a beautiful service, to Stuart Wright Funeral Directors for their guidance and to all at Ramside Golf Clubhouse for the warmest of welcomes and the special tributes given in memory of Gordon.
