SMITH Mary The family of the late Mary wish to express their most sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement. Thanks also for the cards of condolence and donations to Parkinson's Research. Our gratitude to Dr Chadwick, community matron and nurses for the care and attention they showed to Mary. Also our thanks to Professor Burn and Parkinson's Nurses at the RVI, Father McTeer for a lovely, comforting service and to Richard McQuillan and staff of Co-operative Funeralcare for all arrangements carried out with due diligence. Forever remembered.
