THOMPSON Scotton Elizabeth and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, letters, cards of condolence and help received during their recent sad bereavement, also for the generous donations given in memory of Lester. Extending their sincere thanks to the staff at Maple Lodge for their kind, care and attention, to the Doctors who attended and to all who visited Lester. Finally their gratitude goes to Padre Richard Smith for his uplifting service, to Anne Sunter for providing the refreshments and to Simon Barningham for his care and concern.
