BURGESS Gina and the Burgess family would like to thank family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and support during their recent sad loss of David. Thanks also for the donations to St. Andrew's Church, Sadberge and Cancer Research UK. Grateful thanks to the staff at Sunderland Royal Infirmary and the care of the district nurses. Many thanks to Reverend Robert Cooper for his lovely service and a special thanks to Stephen Robson-Cross at Seaton Leng for his help and guidance at this sad time.
