HAY Sue and family of the late John would like to thank Sue's brother Andrew, Dean and Amy from Shildon AFC, Kemi George from Seaham Red Stars, the Paramedics and staff at Sunderland University Hospital, Michael and the physio team at Bishop Auckland Hospital, Bruce, Gordon and the Ambulance crews, the team at the Artificial Limb Centre at James Cook Hospital, Mr Corner, his team and the nursing staff from Darlington Memorial Hospital who took care of John through the horrible period in his life in 2010, you were always in his thoughts for the care you gave him. Special thanks from Sue to family and friends who have been there for her. A massive thank you for all the wonderful cards, flowers and donations received. Special thanks to Leigh at John Meynell F.S for being there for the family and last but not least a big thank you to Sue's nephew John.
