JOHNSON (Peterlee) The family of the late William (Bill) would like to express their sincere thanks to all his friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent sad bereavement. Also for the cards of condolence and donations to the Great North Air Ambulance. Thanks to uncle Bill's G.P., Dr. Chandy and staff at the Shinwell Medical Centre, Horden. We would also like to thank all the care and support staff, paramedics and staff at Sunderland Royal. Special thanks for all help and kindness at this sad time from Funeral Director Janet Officer.
