HERDMAN March 3 peacefully at home after a long illness borne with great courage and dignity, Harold of Crook aged 79 years. Beloved husband of Jean, treasured father to Natalie, a dear father-in-law to Alex, a cherished brother of the late Cecil, dear friend of Dulcie and the late Charles, also a respected brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Will family and friends please meet for service in St Thomas Church, Stanley on Thursday, March 15 at 1.00pm followed by committal at Durham Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
